We are actively recruiting for the following roles. Remote/hybrid options are indicated below.
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of sector-specific programmes; facilitate community dialogues, policy advocacy, and partnerships; conduct field assessments and capacity-building workshops.
Requirements: 3–7+ years in relevant field, strong project management skills, experience in human rights or peacebuilding contexts.
Location: Hybrid (Singapore-based with remote flexibility) or fully remote for exceptional candidates in aligned time zones.
Develop and execute advocacy strategies; engage with international bodies, governments, and stakeholders; produce policy briefs, reports, and campaigns to advance human rights equality and non-violent solutions.
Requirements: Proven track record in advocacy, excellent writing and networking skills, knowledge of UN/international frameworks.
Location: Hybrid or fully remote.
